Gentlemen's Rules:
This event is more of a fun way for friends to catch fish and brag than it is a tournament.  The "rules" are only meant to ask everyone to start and end on an even keel and to prove-up what they catch.   All participants are asked to have fun, build friendships, share knowledge, and bring in some food to eat.   We are probably going to have enough filets to provide a bountiful meal.

We have revised the guidelines this year:

1.  Each boat will be a team.

2.  There can be
up to four participants per boat.

3.  There will be an ante of $10
by each participant to the Tourney Pot .

4.  The heaviest 10 catfish stringer submitted by a team wins the Tourney Pot.

5.   Expenses are deducted from the pot before distribution.

6.  There will be a separate "biggest" (heaviest) catfish pot.  The ante is $5 per participant to enter.   Expenses are not deducted from this Biggest Fish Pot before distribution.

7.
If you expect to claim a prize, you must use the digital scales for weighing at the cleaning station.

8.  Fishermen may catch and keep legal limits but are responsible for cleaning and storing extra fish separately from the tourney fish. They may donate their extra fish at the fry if we run short.

9.   Bank fishermen are welcome to form teams of 1-4 individuals.  Same rules above for bank fishermen as boat fishermen.

Times:
Daybreak until 12:00 P.M.  Entrants should be at cleaning station by 12:00 P.M. or earlier.  "Daybreak" should allow everyone to get in at the gate at 6:00 A.M. and to be fishing by daybreak.

Central Daylight Savings Time
Date Sunrise Sunset
April 10 7:13 A.M.

Please take pictures or have someone else take digital pictures for posterity and bragging rights.  Please send event pictures to DLGadberry@aol.com for publication.

Expenses to be shared $50 Site reservation and setup.

Swap/Sell/Give-Away If you have boating and/or fishing items you want to sell, swap, or just give away, bring it.
